Every day is constant set of check-lists to make sure nothing has slipped through the cracks, but just as in life, working with friends makes these things a whole lot more fun!
Recently some of our best friends in the West got together to make some of the more mundane Data Protection tasks a WHOLE LOT EASIER! Dana Gertsch from Kovarus’ Colorado office took the hot-off-the-presses REST APIs from the Cohesity Data Platform and wrapped them in the nice warm goodness of VMWare’s vRealize Automation and Orchestration. By creating a standard blueprint, Dana was able to automate and stitch together a lot of the day-to-day tasks of Data Protection which can be executed with a simple click of a button. Even better, these tasks can be added into pre-existing vRO/vRA workflows. NO BUTTONS NEEDED!
