For the fourth time in a row, Cohesity has been recognized as Customers’ Choice in the 2021 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ for Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions report. Customers’ Choice is based on customer reviews submitted online via the Gartner Peer Insights portal.
Now for us, this alone would be cause for celebration, but this year, something significant happened. Gartner expanded the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice recognition to 11 categories across regions, company-size segments and industries in the report. About the Customers’ Choice distinction
Per Gartner, “Vendors placed in the upper-right quadrant of the “Voice of the Customer” quadrants are recognized with the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice distinction. A maximum of 7 vendors can qualify. To qualify for the Customers’ Choice distinction, vendors must have a product that is listed in this market on Gartner Peer Insights, have their overall rating (out of 5 stars) above or equal to the mean rating for that market, and receive 50 or more eligible published customer reviews during the one-year submission period. In addition, customer reviews must be representative of a broad mix of enterprise clients from different industries, company sizes and deployment regions.”
