Overview

The Cohesity Multicloud Solutions Associate exam focuses on ensuring individuals are knowledgeable in how to successfully use and deploy Cohesity in and with multicloud environments. The exam also requires the successful candidate to demonstrate the ability required to administer and monitor the Cohesity Data Cloud platform. This exam covers Cohesity concepts and administration for Cohesity cloud deployments and features that leverage cloud resources. A Cohesity Certified Multicloud Solutions Associate digital badge will be provided upon successful completion of this exam.

The target audience for the Multicloud Solutions Associate exam include all technical and semi-technical roles such as:

  • Data center, cloud, backup, and file and object storage administrators, operators, or help desk staff
  • System administrators
  • College/university students and/or graduates
  • Cohesity and partner employees in roles such as pre-sales, services, support, etc.

  • Familiarity with relevant Cohesity documentation (e.g., manuals, documents, whitepapers)
  • Completion of Cohesity Platform Foundations, Data Protection Operations and Platform Administration courses
  • The candidate should have six months of hands-on experience with the Cohesity deployments in the public cloud and Cohesity features that leverage cloud resources in an operator or administrator-level role.

Section 6 – Deployment Considerations (25%)

  • Deployment prerequisites for configuring CloudArchive with public cloud providers
  • Identify requirements for deploying and running Cohesity natively in ‘public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Identify the additional features that are available when you have deployed the Cohesity platform both on premises and in the cloud
