MyCohesity is our secure, single sign-on (SSO) portal that provides fast and easy access to all of your Cohesity resources. Watch the welcome video.

Rather than having to create different logins for resources like Helios, Support, User Groups, Cohesity Academy, Galaxy, Partner Portal, etc., you now only need one login. Once logged in, you can navigate from one resource to another with one dashboard, using the same login — making it easier for you to get to the information you need quickly.

Through your MyCohesity portal, you can access Helios, Support, Partner Portal, Galaxy, User Groups, Product Documentation and Academy based on your unique permissions.

Go to the MyCohesity page. If you have an existing account using a business email address, please enter your credentials to log in.
If you are creating a new account please select "sign up" and submit that form to set up your new account. Please note, personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) will no longer be accepted.

Your existing access and logins will be merged into a single account. From now on, you will only have one login credential to remember.

If you use a password tracker, we encourage you to update the password to be the same across each of the Cohesity resources.

The verification code is valid for 30 minutes. If the code has expired, simply request another code from the verification code screen. For more information, please review the knowledge article.

All active partners can access the Partner Portal by visiting partners.cohesity.com. Log into the Partner Portal using your MyCohesity login. If you don’t have a MyCohesity login, please create a MyCohesity account. Go to partners.cohesity.com and click "Sign Up for MyCohesity." Make sure to use your company email address and not an alias. The MyCohesity Multifactor Authentication feature for the login process is now available. Cohesity strongly recommends you enable the feature to keep your credentials, information, and Cohesity web properties secure.
