Every company offers an internship program — it’s an opportunity for students to build out their experience, learn, and network. It’s also a great way for a company to scout out future employees.
Cohesity opened its doors to interns in late Spring. It’s one of our favorite times of the year seeing these students radiate with excitement as they start their path to corporate. We enjoy having the the opportunity to meet our interns and interacting with them. Here what our awesome interns have to say about their experience.
“Everyday I feel empowered to do and be my best. The team has genuinely welcomed me as if I was one of their own, and is the smartest, humblest group of talent I have ever worked with. Even as an intern, you know/feel that your work matters here!” – Kevin, Sales Ops Intern |

“Interning at Cohesity is a joy. I feel that my project will make a direct impact, and I love the open, collaborative, and energetic atmosphere. I feel like I can approach everyone at the company.” – Jeffrey, Engineering Intern |

“Life as an intern at Cohesity is a lot more than about building software. While I have worked on making an amazing system, I have also met inspiring people and learned how a company is built from the ground up!” – Salil, Engineering Intern |

“I’m absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to intern at Cohesity. The chance to be a part of a disruptive technology that thrives in innovation and encouragement is invigorating. The company culture flourishes with friendliness, helpfulness, and laughs. I’m truly grateful to be a part of the Cohesity family.” – Eric, Sales Intern |

Sometimes I forget that I am just an intern working at Cohesity. I write code, fix bugs, and push code exactly the same as other software engineers. I don’t have to deal with someone breathing down my neck making sure that I’m writing code or getting my ideas and suggestions ignored. This is exactly how an internship should be, getting the full experience for a few months.” – Elton, Engineering Intern |
As the summer comes to an end, our interns will be heading back to college bringing the experience they learned at Cohesity. We wish our interns the best of luck and hope to see them again in the future. To learn more about what our other employees have to say, visit our blog post on Life at Cohesity.
