Dion is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of solid Engineering and IS experience. He currently leads the Infrastructure Services teams for Canadian Western Bank Financial Group (CWBFG) and also has many years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector in North America. He began his career in technology while serving in the US Marine Corps as an Electronics Technician. In his 20+ year career, Greg held several roles in varied industries spanning government, healthcare, higher education, commercial public and private, technology sales and implementation, and, most recently, his role with Cisco Systems as Technical Solutions Architect, Enterprise Security.

Principal Analyst Dave Gruber covers endpoint security, application security, email security, and managed detection and response at ESG, where he helps product marketing and management leaders develop winning strategies in these highly competitive markets. Prior to ESG, Dave held executive leadership roles at successful endpoint and application security companies, most recently as the VP of Product Marketing at Carbon Black through its IPO and as VP of Products at Black Duck Software (acquired by Synopsys) where he led product marketing and product management. In his current analyst role, Dave researches CISOs’ and security teams’ most pressing needs, working together with endpoint, application, and email security vendors to develop successful product and go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging. Building on a strong technical background with early roles in enterprise application development, Dave became interested in figuring out why some products were more successful than others, which eventually led him to senior roles in software product management and product marketing.

Sean is an IT executive with over 25 years of IT and Engineering experience. He is currently the Senior Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Afni, where he oversees the design and architecture of our enterprise datacenters and cloud infrastructure services, including the enterprise network, server, desktop, and software architectures. Sean is extremely passionate about solving tough problems through innovation and collaboration.

Clarke brings more than 20 years in security, risk, and compliance roles to guide enterprise customers in their cloud transformation journeys. As an AWS Enterprise Security Strategist, Clarke is passionate about helping executives explore how the cloud can transform security and working with them to find the right enterprise solutions. Clarke joined AWS in 2016, but his experience with the advantages of AWS security started well before he became part of the team. In his role as CISO for a multinational life reinsurance provider, he oversaw a strategic division’s all-in migration to AWS in 2015.

Charles Spence is the Director of Security and Continuity for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where he is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise cyber security vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are protected. Additionally, he provides consultative support to the practices within the firm for matters relating to cybersecurity and IT 3rd party management. Charles has significant expertise in healthcare technology where he served as CIO, CISO, and COO for several healthcare organizations. Charles is a Veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served 8 years including a combat tour in Iraq in 2003. Charles holds a dual masters, MBA/MSc from the University of Maryland College Park and is a seasoned board member of several Veteran oriented non-profits.

Brian brings 20 years of experience managing IT and cybersecurity organizations within high-growth companies, while also providing consulting services for large, globally dispersed blue-chip enterprises. His leadership is pivotal in advancing core business operations, accelerating digital transformations, and building cybersecurity protocols that secure company, customer, and employee data. Prior to Cohesity, Brian managed Risk and Information Protection at Splunk, leading and rapidly expanding the organization responsible for managing cyber risk across the company. Brian’s prior roles also include leading the digital transformation of core business functions for McKesson and Grainger. Brian holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado.
