Cohesity Appoints Nicole Rasco as Head of Human Resources

Hyperconverged Secondary Storage Pioneer Hires Human Resource Leader to Spearhead the Company’s Award-Winning Company Culture and Talent Acquisition

Santa Clara, CA. – Sept. 26, 2016 – Cohesity, the pioneer of hyperconverged secondary storage, today announced human resources executive Nicole Rasco has joined the company as head of human resources. In the new role, Rasco will lead the company’s award-winning culture, leadership strategy and talent development. Rasco joins Cohesity from NXP Semiconductors where she served as global human resources business partner. Prior to this role, she served as director of human resources at VMware for the Hybrid Cloud Services business unit, where she was responsible for leading the talent and human resources business activities across the global organization.
